If you would like to receive new tick­ets, please see the web page where you placed your order. A re-send plug-in is usu­al­ly locat­ed at the top of all Weezevent tick­et­ing solu­tions.

If this is not the case or if you would like to edit the first and last name on the tick­et, please con­tact the event plan­ner direct­ly as they are the only ones autho­rized to make such mod­i­fi­ca­tions. Their con­tact details are usu­al­ly avail­able either on the event page or on the event web­site where you placed your order. You can also find them on the tick­et itself or in the con­fir­ma­tion email you received.

In the event that you have not found their con­tact details, and only in such a case, please con­tact us by email at contact@weezevent.com stat­ing your request, your first and last name, your phone num­ber, the event in ques­tion and if at all pos­si­ble the order num­ber and date of pur­chase.

What is a Weezevent ticket?

There is a men­tion of BILLETS WEEZEVENT COMMERCE ELECTRONIQUE or BILLETS WEEZEVENT DIJON FRANCE on your bank state­ment and you can­not remem­ber the source, or you do not know what this is about?

Weezevent is a web­site enabling event plan­ners to sell tick­ets and online reg­is­tra­tions for pub­lic or busi­ness events. You have there­fore ordered tick­ets or reg­is­tered for an event using our ser­vice. One way to find infor­ma­tion about this order is to browse your email inbox for the date your account was deb­it­ed or per­form­ing a search with the word WEEZEVENT.

In spite of this, if you can­not find the order, please con­tact us at contact@weezevent.com stat­ing your request, your first and last name, your phone num­ber, the amount in ques­tion as well as the date the account was deb­it­ed (val­ue date and effec­tive trans­ac­tion date).

REFUND REQUEST

Any refund request must be made to the event planner.

Their con­tact details are usu­al­ly avail­able on the event page or the event web­site where you placed your order. You can also find them on the tick­et itself or in the con­fir­ma­tion email you received.

As a reminder, and in com­pli­ance with arti­cle L 121–20‑4 of the French Con­sumer Code, tick­ets pur­chased for events are not eli­gi­ble for can­cel­la­tion. Any order is there­fore final.

Fur­ther­more, at the time of pur­chase, you have accept­ed the terms and con­di­tions of sale spec­i­fy­ing the terms of refund which we encour­age you to read again, as well as the terms of sale of the event plan­ner which may spec­i­fy cas­es for and terms of refunds.

In the event that you have encoun­tered a tech­ni­cal dif­fi­cul­ty when you placed your order, you can con­tact us to ask for a refund of said order by send­ing an email to contact@weezevent.com stat­ing your request, your first and last name, you phone num­ber, the event in ques­tion and if at all pos­si­ble your order num­ber and the date of pur­chase.
