    🎟️ Hellfest ticket sale gone live – and sold out in record time

    Hellfest 2025 has set another record, with all 20,000 single-day passes selling out in under 10 minutes. The demand for one of the world’s biggest rock and metal festivals continues to grow, requiring a ticketing system that can handle extreme pressure.

    With WeezTicket, we ensured a smooth and secure ticket sale, managing high traffic volumes efficiently while delivering a seamless experience for fans. A big thank you to Hellfest for their trust in our technology!

    🥞 A warm welcome to our new team members

    On February 6th, our office in Paris turned into a crêpe paradise! We gathered to celebrate together, enjoying crêpes, great company, and a fantastic atmosphere. It was also the perfect occasion to welcome all the new members who joined us—they’re ready for the new season ahead! 👋

    WeezTicket

    The latest features of our ticketing and registration solution.

    • Multilingual mini-site: offer a fully multilingual mini-site by translating all visible elements (ticketing module, titles, texts, etc.). You can select the default language as well as the available translations.

    WeezPay

    The latest features of our cashless solution.

    • Block a tag independently: your participants can now block their tag directly from their cashless account in case of loss, without needing to visit the support desk.
    • Transaction receipts made simple: attendees can now add their information to a transaction, generate a receipt, and download it through email—all directly through the event’s widget. The receipt page matches the widget’s design for a seamless experience, ensuring easy and compliant invoicing. 
    • Wallet imports – add or remove from groups: you can now add or remove wallets from groups in bulk using an Excel file, just like adding money or vouchers. Simply upload a file listing the wallet, group, and action (add/remove), map the columns, and the system will process the changes. This makes managing wallets across groups easier, especially for large events. 
    • Stock movements now manageable on-site: stock management in WeezPay just became more flexible. Previously, stock movements between warehouses were only possible through the Back Office (BO), but now they can be fully managed directly on-site, ensuring faster and more efficient operations.

    Operators can now create, track, and update stock movements in real-time through the Weezpay application, with enforced item counting to prevent errors and full action logging for traceability. This upgrade keeps stock management tidy and fully integrated with the back office for better control and accuracy.

    • Track and manage stock waste: WeezPay now lets you track stock waste directly in the back office, making inventory management clearer. Waste is deducted from warehouse stock at purchase price, without impacting sales reports. Both storable (e.g., bottled drinks) and non-storable items (e.g., cocktails) can be marked as wasted.

    WeezCrew

    The latest features of our staff and accreditation management solution.

    • Document builder: Create your own customised documents for different groups (volunteers, staff, media, etc.), including text, images, and variable QR codes. A practical way to provide personalised information to each audience! 
    • WeezCrew Member Page UI: Designed to streamline staff management and improve efficiency for organisers. The new interface features seven key tabs for quick access to essential information:
      • Information – Staff details at a glance
      • Availability – Manage schedules efficiently
      • Shifts – Assign and track work shifts
      • Accreditations – Control access levels
      • Actions – Perform key tasks easily
      • Comments – Centralised internal notes
      • History – Track updates and changes

    With all that being said, it is important that our project managers are up to date with the latest advancements and fully understand what we have to offer to your organisation.

    Our WeezCrew wizard, Benjamin, recently hosted an in-depth training session on WeezCrew, our solution for managing and coordinating event staff and accreditations. The session covered everything from efficient staff deployment to seamless accreditation management, ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to assist organisers when it matters most.
