Cross-Selling, a simple way to make additional sales

You can sell more than tick­ets to your atten­dees using Cross-Sell­ing. Just add any item you would like to sell on your tick­et­ing plat­form. This includes prod­ucts and ser­vices such as clothes, good­ies, valet park­ing, meals, park­ing spaces, and more. They are auto­mat­i­cal­ly sug­gest­ed to your cus­tomers when they pur­chase their tick­ets. Your imag­i­na­tion is the only lim­it!

1. Tickets and t‑shirts in the same basket

Once your cus­tomers have cho­sen their online tick­et, they can select the prod­ucts and ser­vices that you have made avail­able for sale online.

The inter­face is the same as the one dis­play­ing tick­et sales, and all pur­chas­es are done in one step. Once the order is placed in the bas­ket, the cus­tomer pro­ceeds with their order as usu­al.

2. E‑mail invoice

Once their order is placed, your atten­dees receive their tick­ets and a sum­ma­ry any prod­ucts and ser­vices they ordered as well as an invoice, if they have request­ed one.

Your book­keep­ing is made eas­i­er and you don’t have cash cir­cu­lat­ing at your event.

3. Collection on the day of the event

You are informed in real time about the num­ber of prod­ucts and ser­vices to be dis­trib­uted on the day of your event. The nec­es­sary stock is updat­ed in real time in your tick­et­ing soft­ware. Your attendee just shows up at your event’s col­lec­tion point.

Main ben­e­fit: Easy man­age­ment and cer­tain­ty that all atten­dees will be there at the event, at the very least to col­lect their pur­chas­es.

4. From the planner’s point of view

As with our tick­et­ing, we have made this as sim­ple as pos­si­ble. You know in advance and in real time the num­ber of items to pro­vide on the day of the event. You can fore­cast your stocks eas­i­ly, using a sim­ple export of atten­dees.

Online set-up takes only a few min­utes: you cre­ate an item and its vari­a­tions (T‑shirts for men/women, sizes S, M, L, XL…) and you make it avail­able online with the var­i­ous fea­tures you want. Add it to one of your events using the search field.

5. Ideas for additional sales

To acti­vate your brand at your event and pro­vide you with addi­tion­al income, here are a few ideas for prod­ucts and ser­vices you can start sell­ing ahead of your event:

It is now pos­si­ble to acti­vate cross-sell­ing only in the buy­er form. This is the form the buy­er fills in as they place their order, even if they are not attend­ing the event them­selves.

The ben­e­fit: addi­tion­al items are only sug­gest­ed once dur­ing pur­chase.
