Once your customers have chosen their online ticket, they can select the products and services that you have made available for sale online.
The interface is the same as the one displaying ticket sales, and all purchases are done in one step. Once the order is placed in the basket, the customer proceeds with their order as usual.
Once their order is placed, your attendees receive their tickets and a summary any products and services they ordered as well as an invoice, if they have requested one.
Your bookkeeping is made easier and you don’t have cash circulating at your event.
You are informed in real time about the number of products and services to be distributed on the day of your event. The necessary stock is updated in real time in your ticketing software. Your attendee just shows up at your event’s collection point.
