PhotoBot x Weezevent: interactive photo experiences, fully cashless

The collaboration between PhotoBot and Weezevent combines immersive photo experiences with cashless technology. Following a full hardware upgrade, PhotoBot booths can now read RFID chips and integrate directly with WeezPay, allowing attendees to access and pay for experiences using their wristband or card.

This turns photo booths into more than just entertainment. They become a structured, monetisable activation that fits naturally into the event ecosystem.

How It Works

• RFID-enabled access: Attendees scan their wristband or card at the PhotoBot station to start their experience or make a payment. Open loop payments are also accepted, meaning the attendee can pay with their bank card or Apple & Google Pay
• Integration with WeezPay: Each interaction is linked to the attendee’s cashless account, removing the need for separate payments or tokens.
• Instant photo capture and sharing: Photos and videos are created in real time and can be shared instantly, extending the event’s reach beyond the site.
• Branding and data insights: Organisers and sponsors can fully customise the experience and access data on engagement, usage, and performance.
