🚀 New updates you should know about

    WeezTicket

The latest features of our ticketing solution.

Get a clear overview of your seating: The updated Zones page shows you which zones and seats are still available in real time. You can quickly check capacity, scanned tickets and seat status, filter with ease, and refresh availability to keep your data accurate during the event. This will help you stay in control and make faster decisions on site.

Identify available zones and seats at a glance

Manage your add-ons and services more easily: All your add ons are now shown in one clear table, separated into products, services and cashless offers. From this list, you can quickly adjust quantities or archive an offer without opening it. The activation menu has also been redesigned, making it easier to turn offers on or off. This will help you manage sales faster and with fewer clicks.

    WeezPay

The latest feature of our cashless payment solution.

Cancel a top up and issue a refund: You can now cancel a top up directly from the WeezPay back office, making it easy to correct mistakes such as charging and topping up the wrong amount. When a top up is cancelled, a negative top up is created automatically in the client’s wallet and the refund is processed via the attendee’s original payment method. This helps you resolve errors quickly and keep attendees satisfied.

Track shared stock across entities: You can create stock movements between warehouses that belong to different entities, both from handheld terminals and from the back office. Only items that are shared between the entities concerned are eligible, with an explicit message in case of error. Creating a movement requires permissions for both entities.

Example: A stock of reusable cups shared between 2 entities can be moved from one warehouse to another without duplicating items or losing track of available quantities.

    WeezCrew

The latest news on our crew management solution.

Customise roles and access rights: You can create custom roles for event and organisation administrators in WeezCrew and define exactly what they can view or edit for each feature. This allows you to adapt access rights to each team member’s role, limit unnecessary permissions, and keep your back office secure. This will help you manage teams more safely and efficiently.
