The latest feature of our cashless payment solution.
Simplify orders with fully customised menus: Define optional or mandatory choices, limit quantities, and apply surcharges to specific products. Each item is automatically routed to the correct production point (bar, kitchen), synchronised with your stock, deposits and discounts, while the entire menu becomes unavailable as soon as a key item is out of stock.

Adapt your discounts to every scenario: Restrict promotional offers to specific groups (VIPs, early bird sales), time slots (happy hour, half-time), points of sale or payment methods, and activate them only when a minimum spend is met.

Set a minimum online order value: Below the defined threshold, online payments are automatically blocked, and the user is informed.
Seat delivery: With a “click & delivery” setup, participants can choose to have their order delivered directly to their seat.

🤝 Greater Manchester Creative Industries Exchange X Weezevent

Last month, our team joined the GMCI staff at New Century Hall in Manchester to welcome 500 decision-makers from the creative industries, with access designed to be fast, clear and reliable.
From wristband scanning and encoding on arrival to session tracking across all spaces, plus the handling of complimentary access through a single wristband, every element worked together to keep the event running smoothly. We also had the opportunity to take the stage and share our perspective with the audience.
The result? More time for conversations, insights and connection across panels, workshops and DJ sets.

To mark Earth Day on 22 April, we supported Vision for Sustainable Events and its Vision 2030 Climate Pledge programme, which helps outdoor event organisers structure their environmental approach through a simple and actionable checklist designed to turn good intentions into concrete actions.
❄️ Technology built for extreme conditions at Tomorrowland Winter

Back in March, Tomorrowland Winter brought together more than 30,000 festivalgoers over 6 days at an altitude of more than 1,860 metres. This meant our 16 team members and 500 terminals were operating in pretty extreme conditions.
The cashless setup enabled fast and reliable payments despite the altitude and freezing temperatures, while the access control system helped optimise attendee flow across multiple areas throughout the resort, with ski lift access directly integrated into the wristbands.
🌆 WeezTicket & WeezPay for London’s largest rooftop

Freight Island will rely on our ticketing and on-site payment solutions, with a first deployment starting in Brixton for its 1,000-capacity venue. All attendees will be able to pay by bank card or cashless card. A setup designed to reduce queues and improve the experience.

The collaboration is already off to a strong start, with onboarding complete and the first event taking place this Friday.
☀️ Final preparations before the summer season

Our local offices welcomed 50 seasonal staff members for training sessions to strengthen the teams already in place. Equipment, back office, workflows, best practices… everything needed to be fully operational on-site from the very start of the season.
