Summary
🚀 New updates you should know about
WeezAccess
The latest features from our access control solution.
Allow access even if the attendee does not present the right QR code: WeezAccess can now automatically retrieve the access rights linked to an attendee, even if the scanned pass is not the expected one. For example, if they present their camping pass at the event entrance, the system can identify the correct ticket linked to their profile and validate access. This helps reduce scanning errors, simplify the work of entrance teams, limit disputes and keep queues moving.
WeezCrew
The latest updates from our staff management solution.
Create dedicated spaces for each profile: your teams, suppliers or media contacts each get a personalised portal. Every group only accesses the information relevant to their role, with tabs configured around their specific needs.
Venues and stadiums: 2 updates designed to offer a better experience for your teams and visitors
WeezPay
The latest feature of our cashless payment solution.
Simplify orders with fully customised menus: Define optional or mandatory choices, limit quantities, and apply surcharges to specific products. Each item is automatically routed to the correct production point (bar, kitchen), synchronised with your stock, deposits and discounts, while the entire menu becomes unavailable as soon as a key item is out of stock.

WeezTicket
The latest features of our ticketing solution.
Make your 3D seating plans easier to read: for events using a 3D view of their venue or stadium, your teams can now add attendees directly from the seating plan. When a batch of seats is allocated to a partner or distributor in a specific area, it becomes easier to find the right category, add the relevant attendees and reduce data entry errors.

📰 Your event data has a story to tell

Our UK manager, Tim Holmes, shares the benefits of actively listening to data when organising events. Ticketing, cashless payments, access control, purchase journeys and crowd flow… Every interaction can help you better understand your audience, reduce revenue leakage, optimise flows and make better decisions, both during your event and when planning future editions.
⚡ First operational peak of the season

Over the past 2 weeks, we supported more than 60 events, from Jazz Middelheim in Belgium to Papillons de Nuit and Cercle Festival in France. In total, over 1.4 million attendees were able to enjoy the full event experience thanks to our solutions. 🎟️ Why direct ticketing is a game changer

For many organisers, marketplaces remain a useful way to gain visibility. However, most ticket sales usually come first from the channels they have built themselves: their website, e-mails, social media, and artists… Selling directly means keeping control over data, pricing, the purchase journey and the relationship with attendees. Discover why direct ticketing is a strategic lever to better manage sales and build on an existing audience from one edition to the next.
