In July 2022, we supported Festival Internacional de Benicàssim (FIB) with our online ticketing, access control, cashless payment, CRM and mailing solutions. This comprehensive technological deployment enabled fluid, integrated and efficient management.

A festival with large numbers of attendees like FIB needs versatile and robust technology and a dedicated, responsive team in order to meet its objectives. In 2022, FIB welcomed 180,000 festivalgoers for 4 days of entertainment and 6 days of camping. The cashless system’s ease of use, with the option of topping up online before and during the festival, guaranteed comfortable, efficient and secure management for attendees and organisers.

Communication with attendees is also an essential part of any festival. Thanks to our CRM and mailing tool – which was connected to ticket sales, access control and the cashless system – FIB was able to send segmented emails to easily manage communication with its different audiences and boost sales.
