    Manage your sessions at a glance : With this update, a range of improvements make day-to-day session management simpler and clearer.

    • The Sessions page now lets you quickly see how full each session is compared to total capacity
    • Filters make it easier to find sessions by date, time or status, so you can focus on what matters most.
    • Session management is more efficient thanks to a dedicated edit mode designed for faster bulk updates.
    • The cleaner interface improves readability, with active filters always visible and a smooth experience on both desktop and mobile.

    See seat availability instantly: Seat availability by session has been redesigned to make seating management more intuitive.

    • Seat availability can now be checked by session using a calendar view, making it easier to see what’s still available at a glance.
    • Reserved seats now display attendee details, so you always know who is seated where.
    • Improved zoom controls make seating plans easier to navigate and help you spot available seats more quickly.
    • For subscription-based events, you can open an attendee’s profile directly from their seat.

    🔒 Secure lockers designed for live events

    To complete the on-site experience, we work with our trusted partner elockers to offer fully autonomous electronic lockers at events. It’s a proven solution already used at many major European events, such as the Awakenings and Elrow festivals.

    elockers offers keyless, cash-free lockers. On site, attendees scan the QR code of the locker they want to rent, pay online, enter the code received by e-mail, store their belongings, close the door and enjoy the event hands-free, fully focused on the experience the event has to offer.

    For organisers, the setup is plug and play, easy to deploy, and creates an additional revenue stream without increasing operational workload.
