Noostrim provides reusable drinkware and food containers equipped with RFID tags. Integrated with Weezevent’s WeezPay, the system automates every step of the deposit process—from payment to refund—without staff interaction.
When attendees return their cup or tray to a COOLlecteur return station, the deposit is refunded instantly to their original payment method—cashless wristband/card or bank card. No lines, no scanning, just automatic returns.
How it works
- Before the event: organisers select RFID-tagged cups and containers and we link them through WeezPay.
- During the event: attendees pay a deposit using their wristband or card. When returning the items to a COOLlecteur, they receive an automatic refund to the same payment method.
- After the event: detailed reporting is shared, offering insights into returns, refund rates, and user behaviour.
