    🌞 Gearing up for summer: 400 Weezevent team members in action

    While lily of the valley traditionally signals the arrival of May, at Weezevent, it also marks the start of a brand-new event season!

    From May to September, more than 500 major events across Europe will be powered by our solutions. 

    The season is already off to a strong start with standout events like Horst Arts & Music Festival 🇧🇪, Hai in den Mai 🇩🇪, Balélec Festival 🇨🇭 and Taste of Paris 🇫🇷 — setting the pace for a packed and promising few months ahead.

    🏠 An office, a roof — welcome Tomasz

    Since mid-April, we’ve been proud to welcome Tomasz into our Paris office through our partnership with Les Bureaux du Cœur, a French nonprofit that helps people in vulnerable situations by providing temporary shelter within company spaces.

    Thanks to this initiative, Tomasz now has a safe and stable place to stay outside of working hours — a small but meaningful step toward rebuilding his independence and long-term prospects.

    We’re proud to turn our values into action and to support efforts that make a real difference in people’s lives. 💙

    The latest feature of our ticketing and registration solution.

    • Accommodation options in WeezTicket : We offer integrated accommodation through Revolugo, available directly in the ticketing module. Attendees can easily find hotels near your event based on date and location, with support for multiple currencies and languages. The booking flow matches your event’s branding, while Revolugo handles all reservations and customer support.

    The latest feature of our cashless solution.

    • New warehouse page display : The warehouse page in WeezPay Backoffice has been redesigned to give you a clearer, more intuitive view of your stock and operations. You can now easily browse inventories, track movements and waste, and create new entries — all from one place. You can also view and edit every sales location linked to the warehouse, making on-site management faster and more efficient.

    WeezCrew

    The latest feature of our crew management solution.

    • New missions & accreditations interface : WeezCrew now features a redesigned interface to help you manage missions and accreditations more easily and visually. Each crew member’s profile includes an interactive accreditation grid where you can quickly add, remove, or filter accreditations in edit mode. The updated planning view makes scheduling simpler, with a clearer overview of overlapping time slots and fast access to task details.

    🎶 Arts, music & cashless: Horst Festival in motion

    This past weekend, we were proud to be on the ground at Horst Arts & Music Festival near Asiat Park, supporting the event with our access control and cashless solutions. Over three days, we kept the flow smooth and the people connected — while putting all the new features above to the test, from real-time device tracking to the refreshed WeezPay interface. Everything ran successfully, giving us the perfect boost as we gear up for a packed summer ahead.
