Another festival season comes to an end, but for us at Weezevent, this moment is never just about closing a chapter. Once the last wristband is scanned and the final refund completed, our work enters a new phase.
This summer alone, we have supported 420 major events across Europe. From ticketing and access control to cashless and crew management, each project has strengthened our ecosystem and pushed us to innovate further. We take this time to analyse data, gather feedback, and transform thousands of interactions into insights for the future.
And while stages fall silent and stadiums take a pause, our teams are already designing, testing, and preparing the tools of tomorrow. Because for us, the end of the season is, in reality, the beginning of the next.

The latest feature of our ticketing solution.
Ticket transfer: this new feature gives your buyers the ability to transfer their ticket to another attendee directly from their customer area, reducing workload for your team. Buyers can confirm, cancel or require validation from the new attendee, with email notifications keeping everyone informed. You decide per ticket type if transfers are allowed, giving you full control and your audience maximum flexibility.
WeezPay
The latest feature of our cashless payment solution.
Shopping during refunds: boost your sales after the event by guiding attendees to spend their remaining balance before requesting a refund. This turns a pure outflow into an extra opportunity for your event. Attendees can choose to donate to a good cause or your organisation, buy merchandise or even tickets for your next edition, or simply request a refund. This way you increase revenue potential, clear stock and add value for both your event and your audience.

By joining forces with Kaboodle, we have strengthened our presence with a new office in central London. This expansion allows us to be closer to organisers, providing local expertise and faster support.
