Summary

🚀 Product updates you don’t want to miss.

    WeezTicket

The latest features of our ticketing solution.

Track your sales more accurately with Meta’s Conversions API: Big news for organisers using our ticketing platform, WeezTicket. This new feature gives you a clearer view of your sales performance.

This server-side integration sends key customer journey events directly to your Meta Events Manager. These include: views, adds to cart, registrations, and purchases. Unlike traditional pixel tracking, it isn’t affected by ad blockers or privacy settings, ensuring more accurate, consistent data.

A powerful new step for organisers who rely on data to track performance, build audiences, and boost ticket sales.

    Learn how

Duplicate and manage your seating plans with ease: Need to adapt your seating layout in just a few clicks? Now you can! This feature lets you reuse existing configurations, including zones, seats, access points, contingents, categories, and custom settings, to create new versions of the same venue quickly and efficiently.

We’ve also redesigned the seat availability page, making booking statuses clearer, seat and attendee details easier to view, and providing one-click access to attendee or order pages.

Together, these updates make creating and managing seating plans simpler, faster, and more intuitive than ever.

The latest news on our crew management solution.

WeezCrew joins the Weezevent back office: WeezCrew is now in your Weezevent dashboard! You can now manage your teams, volunteers and staff right next to your ticketing, access control and cashless tools, all from one place. A simpler, faster and more connected way to run your event.

    WeezPay

The latest feature of our cashless payment solution.

Allow your attendees to choose their tip amount: It’s now even easier to support your on-site teams! While it was already possible to receive tips through cashless payments, attendees can now select the exact amount or percentage they wish to give.

This small but meaningful update helps organisers recognise the work of their bartenders, servers, and staff, while giving attendees more flexibility to show appreciation. A simple feature that goes a long way in valuing the people who make every event experience possible.

🌍 On the road with the Weezevent Group.

From Amsterdam to London to Bilbao, our teams were out meeting organisers, partners and creators shaping the future of live events. Here’s where you may have spotted us this month:

    🇳🇱 Amsterdam Dance Event

To kick things off, our international team reunited at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) alongside Weeztix, where we hosted the Weeztix Hub, a dedicated space for industry professionals to connect, exchange and discover new approaches to live event technology.

We took part in four ADE Pro panels, each focusing on a key topic shaping the event industry:

    • Amplify’s Gen III | The Future of Events with David De Wever
    • The Discovery Gap | Beyond Data with Andreea Florica
    • The End of Ticketing (As We Know It) with Joost Aanen
    • From Door to Dancefloor | The Art of Effortless Event Experiences with David De Wever

These conversations showed how proud we are to have a voice in the industry: sharing ideas, listening, and contributing to more connected and innovative event experiences.

    🇬🇧 The Showman’s Show, Newbury

Our UK teams then travelled to Newbury for The Showman’s Show, marking the very first time that Weezevent and Kaboodle shared the stage.

It marked a key milestone for both brands, presenting our joint ecosystem of ticketing, access control, cashless payments and crew management under one roof.

Across two busy days, we met hundreds of UK event professionals and showcased how our connected tools can simplify even the most complex operations. The response was overwhelmingly positive, and we’re already following up on the new opportunities that emerged during the show.

    🇪🇸 BIME, Bilbao

In late October, our team in Spain headed to Bilbao for BIME 2025, joining hundreds of professionals redefining the future of music and cultural events.

It was the perfect moment to reconnect with organisers, partners and prospects, and to highlight how the Weezevent ecosystem supports every stage of an event.

These moments remind us that industry events aren’t just about showcasing tech, they’re about connecting with people, ideas and experiences that push the sector forward.

🎤 Expert talks & industry insights.

Our experts were in the spotlight this month, sharing insights and perspectives at major conferences across Europe. Here are three highlights from their talks:

    1. What are the biggest European festivals teaching us for 2026

At MaMA Festival & Convention in Paris, our Head of Sales, Grégor Einis, shared insights drawn from Weezevent’s collaboration with more than 400 festivals across Europe.

He presented 11 key strategies that organisers can already apply for 2026. From smarter ticketing and accreditation management to innovative audience engagement tools and sustainability initiatives. Among them is the growing importance of connecting ticketing and marketing, powered by Gigz, now part of the Weezevent Group.

Grégor’s key message: the future of festivals lies in data, collaboration, and experience design.

    2. Gigz: connecting ticketing and marketing.

Also at MaMA Festival & Convention, Abdoulaye Sambe, founder and CEO of Gigz, presented the platform’s first public showcase since joining the Weezevent Group.

By linking ticketing directly with a dedicated CRM, Gigz enables organisers to centralise, analyse and act on their audience data in real time. The platform automatically synchronises ticketing and marketing information, builds dynamic segments, and powers targeted campaigns via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Every campaign is directly connected to sales data, offering full transparency on performance and return on investment.

Through its integration with WeezTicket, Gigz turns data into action, helping you communicate smarter, sell faster, and build stronger relationships with your audience.

    2. Turning event data into unforgettable fan moments.

At Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), our co-founder David De Wever joined the founders of Amplify and Boomtown Festival for a forward-looking discussion on how cashless data and access points across the festival site can elevate the fan experience.

Together, they explored how technology is transforming the way festivals connect with their audiences, from real-time insights at the gates to personalised storytelling after the event.

Their collaboration at Boomtown led to gamification features and personalised recap videos for more than 77,000 festival-goers, showing how data can create memorable and meaningful interactions long after the festival ends.

David also shared how these learnings align with Weezevent’s ongoing work at Tomorrowland, where innovation and data helped the organisation optimise flows, improve operations, and enhance comfort for attendees.

The discussion underlined a shared vision across the industry: innovation should not only make events more efficient, but also make every visitor’s journey more human, seamless and connected.
