🔴🟡 RC Lens chooses WeezPay for the next five seasons
The Ligue 1 club has equipped itself with our WeezPay solution to modernise payments at Stade Bollaert-Delelis. This collaboration aims to optimise operations and enhance the fan experience at every match.
🔧 New features, ready to use
WeezTicket
The latest feature of our ticketing and registration solution.
- Client area: The customer journey within the client area has been redesigned for greater clarity, allowing ticket buyers to manage their orders independently. Downloading tickets, editing ticket information, and requesting refunds — all of these actions are now available in one dedicated space. And this is just the beginning! More features are coming soon, such as ticket exchange, upgrades, and transfers.
Good to know: To activate this new client area, contact your Weezevent project manager.
WeezAccess
The latest feature of our access control solution.
- Customisation of scan screens: Need to quickly verify participant identities at entry? The new WeezAccess scan screen editor now allows you to display a photo for increased security during wristband pairing and on-site checks. Each access holder is now clearly linked to a specific individual, with their photo shown at the time of scanning — enabling more reliable and personalised control, tailored to the needs of your event.
WeezCrew
The latest feature of our crew management solution.
- Roles tailored to each mission: Need to grant personalised access to your WeezCrew platform without giving full permissions? You can now create multiple roles for your team leads, precisely defining which actions they’re allowed to perform on WeezCrew. Assign these roles based on each person’s responsibilities for clearer and more controlled management.
🚀 Scaling up for Summer: 400+ crew members
This summer, we’re deploying our largest operational team to date.
Over 400 seasonal crew members will be active across Europe, working alongside our project managers to support event operations on the ground.
To prepare, all team members took part in intensive training sessions this May. They were brought up to speed on the latest features in our ecosystem, trained on our devices, and equipped to handle the full range of on-site scenarios.
With this reinforced team, we’re ready to deliver reliable, efficient support wherever it’s needed — all summer long.
🌍 The 2025 season has officially kicked off
Over the past few weeks, our teams have been fully deployed across Europe — delivering smooth, reliable operations at festivals and events in:
🇫🇷 France, 🇧🇪 Belgium, 🇬🇧 United Kingdom, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇨🇭 Switzerland, 🇵🇹 Portugal, 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇱🇺 Luxembourg, 🇦🇱 Albania
From access control to cashless payments, we’ve been supporting organisers on the ground with solid setups and sharp execution. Ready for everything this season brings.
🏃♂️ Running with purpose: Zach at the Hackney Half
This month, we’re proud to highlight something beyond the events we power: a personal initiative with real impact.
Zach, one of our team members in London, ran the Hackney Half Marathon 2025 in support of the British Heart Foundation, completing the race in 1 hour and 35 minutes!
His goal wasn’t just to finish fast, but to raise funds for life-saving research. Weezevent was proud to support his mission — and you can still contribute too:
