Summary
🚀 New updates you should know about
WeezTicket
The latest features of our ticketing solution.
New e-ticket format tailored for North America: Ticket dimensions have been adjusted to the 8.5 x 11-inch format to match standard printer settings.
Easily embed a video on your mini-site: With this update, all YouTube links (including Shorts), as well as Dailymotion and Vimeo, are supported. The display on your mini-site automatically adjusts to match the highlighted content.

Enhanced security for your mini-site: To limit fraudulent emails and protect against spam, invisible captcha validation is now mandatory before a message can be sent via the mini-site’s “Contact” feature.
WeezPay
The latest feature of our cashless payment solution.
Access the full transaction history of a session: Operators with the required permissions can now view all transactions carried out during a session, making checks much easier. Previously, a receipt could only be generated for the most recent transaction. Now, sellers can create a receipt (printed, digital or e-mail) for any sale within the session. Each transaction can be reviewed in seconds, significantly reducing processing time in the event of a dispute.

Analyse your revenue by event rather than just by date: Thanks to session mode, you can automatically group all transactions linked to a specific event. Instead of filtering your reports by day or hour, you can now view the complete performance of an event in one place.
Allow attendees to leave a tip using their remaining balance: When attendees “empty their card” without making a purchase, they can now choose to leave a tip for the seller. The amount is logged as a dedicated transaction, with no associated item.
Target specific items for discounts: Apply a discount to a specific product, category or variant without affecting your entire menu. The discount is automatically applied to eligible items in the basket only. If no compatible product is added, it will not be triggered.
💡 The cashless guide for event organisers

Cashless is transforming event management, going far beyond simple payments. By centralising transactions, it provides clear visibility over sales, secures financial flows and streamlines on-site operations. This guide helps you understand the different cashless models, their use cases and the key criteria for choosing a solution suited to the size, format and objectives of your event.
🎯 Ticketing & conversion: less friction, more growth

You invest in acquisition. But how many sales are you losing at the payment stage? Redirecting to an external platform, mandatory account creation, a checkout flow that’s too long on mobile… Every point of friction has a direct impact on your revenue. In our latest article, we break down the levers that truly make a difference: native integration on your website, one-click payments, smart data collection, and well-timed cross-selling. A well-configured ticketing setup doesn’t just sell tickets. It improves your conversion rate, increases your average basket value and strengthens your ability to re-engage your audience.
