InfraBIM Open will happen live and virtual according french governmental measures ! To attend to InfraBIM Open you need :
- in person : sanitary pass (vaccinal scheme) or negative test 24h (antegic or PCR) requiered for entry by presenting QRcode (for foreigners How to obtain a health pass in case of vaccination abroad? | Santé.fr (sante.fr)
- remotely : just use the link provided to register to the event platform (Brella) to participate virtually.

FAQ
Is there any discount for the entry ?
Yes, with discount codes (as orgIBO21; SpIBO21; BSIBO21) you get- 20% on full Physical ticket at 450 euros = 360 euros +VAT
FYI :
- Digital ticket = 360 euros + VAT
- Onde day ticket - registration for the day Januray 11 or 12, includes all activities on the selected day and access to the digital platform = 360 euros + VAT
- 10-11 January 2022: On site Physical ticket= 525 euros +VAT. Only credit cards will be accepted for online payment (no cheques or cash accepted). The organisers reserve the right to limit the sale of tickets on site for security reasons.
I have some difficulties with the payment by credit card how can I do ? The system doesn’t accept AMEX. For the others cards, sometimes it is because of payment ceiling of the credit card; problem of bank being over-cautious with a sudden ”large” transfer of funds to France; or fraud protection filters for this transaction. The solution first is to see with your bank, and wait a little after the fraud filters removed before trying again to pay. You could also pay by bank transfer : ask us to send you our bank detail account then ibo21.secretariat@gmail.com
What if my company does not allow me to pay by credit card ? Please email ibo21.secretariat@gmail.com we can invoice you, then please indicate the first name and last name plus the mail of the people you want to register; and all the billing information (company name, adress, VAT number).
The VAT of 20% is not the same as in my country. Is this correct? Yes, as the event takes place in France it is the French rate that is applied.
Can I be reimbursed if something prevents me from attending? It depends, have a look at the cancellation terms. Please notice that the organizers are a not for profit entities and this event is run on that basis.
I have registered but how shall I be invoiced? You can get your invoice thanks to the ticketing system. Otherwise contact the event organizer who will send it to you. ibo21.secretariat@gmail.com
May I print my badge? No we will provide one that you may have always with you during the 2 days as a pass.
How do I request an invitation letter in order to obtain my visa ? You may ask for it from the administrative office of InfraBIM Open : ibo21.secretariat@gmail.com
Is it possible to switch from a digital ticket to a live one, and vice-versa ? Yes, please contact ibo21.secretariat@gmail.com.

InfraBIM Open 2021-22 Lyon january 10-12, 2022 is glad to welcome you to this hybrid event
The “face-to-face ticket”
- sites visits proposed beginning at1pm and a time to discover the place on January 10th at 6pm at the Palais de la Bourse.
- participation in the 2 full days of the InfraBIM Open 2021-22 Congress from 11-12 January - plenary sessions, conferences and exhibition area - including catering (coffee breaks and lunchbox seated);
- on 11 Januray, a glass of wine to share at the end of the firts day (due to covid measures, cocktail diner has been not authorized)
- access to the event platform for 1 year to find videos on demand, replays and presentations of all the conferences and make networking between live and remote participants.
The digital ticket gives you access to the event platform (Brella):
- where plenary sessions and conferences will be distributed;
- you will be able to participate in the conferences to ask questions or make comments,
and interact with all participants (face-to-face or remote) with the possibility of holding 1:1 meetings;
- View videos on demand
- but also visit the digital stands of the exhibitors and meet them.
This platform will be accessible to you for 1 year: you will find all replays and presentations of the event and can continue to exchange with the IBO21 community.
All participants, once they have paid their ticket, will receive a registration link to the event platform (Brella) to register. This will allow you to create your conference program and interact with the entire IBO21-22 community.

Terms of cancellation - CGV
- Please note that buildingSMART France as a collector is an association law 1901 subject to VAT and the event taking place in France, the rate of VAT applied will be the one in force at the time of the payment (to date: 20%).
- Registration for InfraBIM Open 2021 is personal and non-binding. A ticket - face-to-face or digital - cannot be shared with another person over the duration of the IBO21 event.
- Only those who have paid for their entry registration will be allowed to participate in IBO21 in face-to-face and digital: it will not be possible to pay a posteriori.
- For people who registered , cancellation before October 10th 2021 (request by email ibo21.secreteriat(@)gmail.com ): refund of the IBO21 entry ticket paid minus 75 euros management fee. After : no refunding.
- Possibility to switch a face-to-face ticket for a digital ticket, and vice versa, until December 20 8:00am without financial issues (no refunding).
- If the event must turn into full digital because of governement restrictions, our physical ticket will automatically switched into virtual. InfraBIM open's platform will provide the streaming of the conferences, the networkings and break out moments.
