Descriptif
Have you ever dreamt of controlling directly your favorite protein in live cells? Sure, but you think it's difficult or not worth it to waste the precious time of technicians, Masters or PhD students. Forget it and let’s imagine a specific set-up to control your favorite biological function spatially and temporally through non-neuronal optogenetics.
In order to democratize this technology and gather the French labs community, we cordially invite you to the second edition of the French Optogenetics Club where we will discuss altogether the limitations, obstacles and potential solutions for each key step of an optogenetic project.
This meeting will be the opportunity to see how optogenetics can be used from in vitro to in vivo experiments.
Three round tables will be the occasion to discuss and share problems/solutions in the design of optogenetic probes, light set-up for microscopy as well as the analysis of dynamic events.
If you want to know everything about Optogenetics, come and join the 2nd french Optogenetics Club in Paris (Institut Curie) the 26 and 27th of june 2019 !
It is fully open for technicians, ITA, students, post-doc, researchers and all curious people.
