In the last six years, we’ve been investing a lot of time and effort in the internationalization of our activities with the inauguration of offices in Anvers, Lausanne, Madrid, London and Montreal and sales in more than 20 countries. Weezevent is looking to extend its North American presence through this posting and others to come. We work with creative organizations of all size and type: Lollapalooza (Berlin, Paris and Santiago), Tomorrowland Winter, Mondial de la Bière de Montréal, Mutek Montreal, Finance Montreal, Paris Saint-Germain Football Club, TEDx, Montreal Pride Festival, and many more. 

We are looking for our new Business Developer Manager (M/F) based in English area.

Poste

You will contribute to the acquisition of new customers in Canada and the USA. Our growth and success will depend on you. To help you achieve your goals, a marketing team works to increase the notoriety of our solutions and generate leads for you to close.

You will develop a stong bond with your partners and customers by delivering yourself our solutions. A team of customer success manager (CSM) will assist you when needed. As part of canadian team, you will be responsible for the following : 

  • Identify new business, primarily through phone and email communication, by reaching out to prospects and introducing Weezevent solutions
  • Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification for Weezevent customer’s success team
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world-class experience
  • Deliver our solutions to your customers and become the expert on eveything related to Weezevent
  • Identify customer needs to determine if Weezevent solutions would be a good fit
  • Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails and referrals at a given time
  • Work with the marketing department on a key account strategy
  • Capitalize on up-sell opportunities with existing customer database

Work with the Country Manager - Canada and the CRO to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

Profil recherché

We are looking for :

  • Sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related product
  • Demonstrated an interest for the festival, concert, event or cultural industry
  • New technologies, concert and crowd make you happy
  • Perfect proficiency in English (native language) 
  • Basic proficiency in French as a second language (optional; an asset) 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • Organized, structured, autonomous person, and you are self-confident, resourceful, efficient, and take initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-driven environment
