In the last six years, we’ve been invest­ing a lot of time and effort in the inter­na­tion­al­iza­tion of our  activ­i­ties with the inau­gu­ra­tion of offices in Anvers, Lau­sanne, Madrid, Lon­don and Mon­tre­al and sales in more than 20 coun­tries. Weezevent is look­ing to extend it’s North Amer­i­can pres­ence through this post­ing and oth­ers to come.

You will con­tribute to the acqui­si­tion of new cus­tomers in Cana­da and the USA. Our growth and suc­cess will depend on you.

To help you achieve your goals, a mar­ket­ing team works to increase the noto­ri­ety of our solu­tions and gen­er­ate leads for you to con­vert, then a team of cus­tomer suc­cess man­ag­er (CSM) will take care of your cus­tomers so they stay cus­tomers for a long time.

As part of cana­di­an team, and under the benev­o­lent super­vi­sion of the Coun­try Man­ag­er Cana­da, you will be respon­si­ble of the following :

  • Iden­ti­fy new busi­ness, pri­mar­i­ly through phone and email com­mu­ni­ca­tion, by reach­ing out to prospects and intro­duc­ing Weezevent solutions;
  • Nur­ture all inbound leads through to qual­i­fi­ca­tion for Weezevent customer’s suc­cess team;
  • Cre­ate a great first impres­sion to our prospects and cus­tomers by pro­vid­ing them with a world class experience;
  • Iden­ti­fy cus­tomer needs to deter­mine if Weezevent solu­tions would be a good fit;
  • Man­age mul­ti­ple lead sources, includ­ing incom­ing calls, emails and refer­rals at a giv­en time;
  • Work with the mar­ket­ing depart­ment on a key account strategy;
  • Cap­i­tal­ize on up-sell oppor­tu­ni­ties with exist­ing cus­tomer database;
  • Work with the Coun­try Man­ag­er to devel­op new strate­gies to grow the sales pipeline, and con­sis­tent­ly meet month­ly, quar­ter­ly and annu­al goals.


  • Sales expe­ri­ence in a B2B envi­ron­ment, prefer­ably in a solu­tion-sales / tech­nol­o­gy-relat­ed product;
  • Demon­strat­ed an inter­est for the fes­ti­val, event or cul­tur­al industry;
  • New tech­nolo­gies, fes­ti­vals and events make you happy;
  • Per­fect lis­ten­ing, ver­bal and writ­ten com­mu­ni­ca­tion in eng­lish (native language);
  • Basic pro­fi­cien­cy in french as a sec­ond language;
  • Demon­strat­ed abil­i­ty to meet and/or exceed sales targets;
  • Orga­nized, struc­tured, autonomous per­son and you are self-con­fi­dent, resource­ful, effi­cient, and take initiatives;
  • Abil­i­ty to thrive in a com­pet­i­tive, dynam­ic and quo­ta-dri­ven environment.
